Because each project involves manual creative work, research, and customization, we maintain the following fair-use refund policy.

1. Digital Service Nature

Our services involve custom content repurposing, keyword research, and strategic formatting tailored to your brand voice and goals. Once a credit is purchased and a brief has been submitted, our creative process begins immediately โ€” therefore, refunds are generally not available after work has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund only if:

  • The project has not yet started, and
  • No creative or research work has been delivered.

Refunds will not be issued once your content assets, drafts, or reports have been sent to you.

3. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our quality. If youโ€™re not satisfied with the delivered assets:

  • You may request one complimentary revision per credit within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revisions cover tone, format, or minor adjustments โ€” not an entirely new brief or topic.

We aim to ensure your final content aligns with your brand voice and expectations.

4. Rush Service Fees

Rush Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they prioritize your order in our production queue.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact us first at ๐Ÿ“ง thealchemint@gmail.com โ€” most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your payment provider.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a purchase before submitting your content brief for a full refund.
  • Once a brief has been submitted, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. All amounts are refunded in USD.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (technical errors, duplicate charges, or accidental multi-purchases), we may grant discretionary refunds. These are handled case-by-case at The Alchemintโ€™s sole discretion.
